Jize 1/3 design concept

1. Specially designed anchoring groups (polar, non-polar) are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon coating layer of lithium iron phosphate, with multiple anchoring and multiple anchoring options, providing more effective coverage of particles.

2. Soft long chains have good solvent compatibility and can fully stretch in NMP to form sufficient steric hindrance, effectively avoiding particle aggregation.

3. Functional small molecules have high molecular utilization efficiency and improve surface wettability. The molecular volume is small, and it can also infiltrate the difficult to wet "dead corners" of aggregates.

4. Multi component compounding produces a synergistic effect, significantly improving the dispersibility of the main material and the ability to stabilize the slurry.


Design concept of Jize 4F

1. When applied to the dispersion of positive paste of lithium supplement compound system, it can significantly reduce the viscosity of the paste, increase the solid content of the paste, improve the stability of the paste, and inhibit the gel phenomenon.

2. Acidic organic molecules can "neutralize" the residual alkali of lithium supplements and reduce the surface alkalinity of lithium supplements.

3. The alkalinity is reduced, and a series of reactions such as HF removal of "PVDF strong base", formation of C=C double bond, and interchain crosslinking are suppressed, and the chemical gel and physical gel phenomena are improved.

Product advantages

1. Good compatibility with the main material, compatible with liquid-phase LFP and solid-phase LFP

2. Excellent dispersibility, adding 0.1%~0.3% Jize 1 or 0.03%~0.1% Jize 3 can increase the solid content of LFP positive electrode slurry by 4%~10% (with slight differences in data for different LFP models and positive electrode slurry formulations)

3. The anti gel performance is excellent. The addition of 0.08%~0.15% Geze 4F can significantly improve the stability of the positive paste of the lithium supplement compound system. The paste will not gel if it is left standing for a long time, maintaining good slurry fluidity
